Lead times are purely estimates and can be found at the top of the home page for customized items. In stock items will ship within a few days. The actual time can be shorter or longer, depending on work load and life. We are a small mom and pop type family business that has other commitments. We do our best to keep on track, but life can happen! We will do our best to deliver on our lead time estimates. Rush orders are also possible if you find yourself in a pinch! Rush orders do come with an additional fee, however if that works for your budget, send us a message and we will work with you the best we can!

The majority of our items can be customized in almost anyway imaginable. We offer custom stamp options, custom paint, adding materials such as retired firehose, and much more! If you don’t see what you are looking for, send us a message and we can make it happen! If you have already ordered a product and want to customize it further, just reach out we are happy to help!

For the most part, items will be shipped via USPS. For larger department orders contact us and we can provide a shipping quote. Shipping times vary based upon location. We currently DO NOT ship internationally, but feel free to reach out and we can see what we can do. 

We stand behind our products. If your item breaks or the hardware is damaged, we will take care of you. If this happens send us a message and we will setup getting it fixed. We DO NOT warranty paint fading. Due to the nature of the work environment, all leather paints will eventually crack, fade, etc. If this happens to your item and you want it repainted, we can work with you to do so. 

 If you have an idea for customization or an item you want made but don’t see on our website, just send us a message! We are always happy to work with customers, especially if its to create something new!

If there is a mistake on the customers part due to measuring, wrong information given, or anything else, we will work with you as best we can to make it right. Just understand there may be additional fees associated with that. If there is a mistake due to an issue on our end, we will 100% make it right and cover the repair or adjustment costs, including shipping. One thing we can’t stress enough for all items is to make sure measurements are accurate. We have a section on our website dedicated to measurements, so please read it before ordering!
