How To Measure Radio Straps

Option A – Take your old radio strap that is adjusted to the length you like and lay flat on a table. Measure from end of buckle to end of buckle (not including the radio bucket). If ordering a standard size strap choose one that has your measurement as close to the middle of the range as possible. If ordering a custom size, the measurement given will become the center hole and have a few inches of adjustability in either direction. See picture for reference.

Option B – Take a piece of string, rope, or soft tape measure and drape over your shoulder in the fashion you would wear your radio strap. Pinch the end of the string, rope or tape measure to itself where you want it to connect to your radio bucket. Measure that length of string or rope. See picture for reference.

Please make sure to get as accurate a measurement as possible! All radio straps are non-refundable/returnable!

How To Measure Suspenders

X – Back Suspenders – Take a piece of string or rope and go from front bunker pant attachment on the left or right side and go over your shoulder to the rear bunker pant attachment on the OPPOSITE side. It is very important to start and end your string or rope from exactly where it would connect to your bunker pants! Some connectors are different and add more length to the attachment, so please measure carefully! Please see pictures for reference!

How to Measure Shield

With a tape measure, measure the distance from the helmet brim to the notch of
the eagle shield holder. For Phenix First Due Styles just enter N/A in that field. Next
measure center of threaded stud to center of other threaded stud, or center of screw
hole to center of screw hole.

*NOTE – stud measurements are for design of shield width only, you will need to punch
or drill your holes during installation.

Please measure carefully, all shields are non-refundable / returnable!
